Microsoft has given in to the demands of users after complaints on the new Hotmail designs came pouring in. Microsoft has brought back classic Hotmail scrolling. Microsoft had made changes on the Window’s Live Hotmail’s interface, which didn’t go down well with users. The change came into effect after nearly a month since the new interface was introduced. It all started when Microsoft decided to make changes on Hotmail’s interface by adding new designs in September. The change was not well received by users, and complaints kept pouring in. On December 18th, Microsoft took the major decision of pleasing its users by reverting back to the old classic hotmail scrolling on its interface. Hotmail users became a relieved lot after this new announcement.

Users of Hotmail complained about the trouble they had with navigation on the interface, which became difficult with a smaller monitor. Users wrote back to Microsoft saying they faced many glitches, which prevented them from reading their mails causing much inconvenience. The wrath and displeasure that users were facing with the changes in the interface were evident from their blogs posted on websites. This made Microsoft make a rethink to revert to the original classic Hotmail scrolling for easy navigation. After the changes were effected, all Hotmail users were notified of the changes.

After this fiasco, that Microsoft had with its users over the Hotmail issue. It has begun to tread more cautiously. Microsoft has decided to adopt user feedback in its updates from now.
