November 4th will finally see the release of the much awaited Smartphone BlackBerry Bold 9000. This phone will be released on AT&T stores after a lot of speculation on when this mobile will be released in the market.
Delay in the release of this device was due to the fact that there were certain software issues to be sorted out by AT&T and BlackBerry maker Research In Motion or RIM Ltd. This move was taken to ensure that the BlackBerry did not face similar problems as the Apple iPhone 3G on the AT&T’s network.
Bold is the first 3G phone from BlackBerry which also globally supports the HSDPA networks. BlackBerry Bold will exclusively operate on AT&T network and will be priced at a starting price of $ 299.99.
The Bold with its beautiful and attractive exterior and advanced features takes the high end model phones to a completely new level. Exterior of the phone is in a rich black color finished with a frame of satin chrome. It also has a back plate made of leatherette and offers a complete QWERTY keyboard. Color display is a half VGA of 480 x 320 pixels and processor comes with 624 MHz its 1 GB storage memory can be expanded to 16 GB with the help of a micro SD or SDHC expansion.
This mobile device also comes with a host of attractive multimedia features including a camera of 2 megapixels and a flash built in, web browser which is optimized, a video recording facility, media player to listen to music, etc.
