“3D-P does not hold a global agreement with BHP Billiton and has not been chosen as the “In-Pit Wireless Infrastructure Vendor of Choice.” It is not in our practice to release such information unless otherwise expressly approved by our clients and in this case it was an error that solely rests with 3D-P. 3D-P would also like to at this time apologize publicly to BHP Billiton and any affiliates for any confusion or concerns that may have arisen as a result of the aforementioned press release.
