Burger King, McDonald’s Find Happy Meal Toy Loophole

McDonald’s begins to charge 10 cents for a Happy Meal toy to beat San Francisco’s fast food toy ban.

As I have said before: “This ban is ridiculous! It does little to keep kids from McDonald’s, as their parents have to take them there. Blame the parents!” I applaud McDonald’s and Burger King for finding a way around the loop hole to still provide the beloved toys in Kid’s Meals. This ban is misguided altogether. The parents should hold all the blame for taking their kids to fast food restaurants. The kids aren’t driving themselves!
