Slow commercial real estate market in Palm Beach still offers opportunities

While commercial real estate in Palm Beach County is far from recovery, the market is seeing activity, says Ed Kearney, broker and managing partner of Kearney Commercial Realty/Sperry Van Ness.

“There is a misconception that no one wants to lease or sell in the Palm Beach market,” says Ed Kearney. “In fact, some landlords and property owners have become aggressive in attracting tenants and buyers.”
