Apartment building portfolios with windows and PTAC Air

Window and sleeve air conditioning monitoring and control is a critical component to improving efficiency and occupant comfort in older buildings without central air conditioning. Window and sleeve air conditioning control also allows owners and operators to flexibly and automatically increase and decrease cooling setpoints to reduce peak loads from demand-response programs.
