LINTHICUM, MD, May 9, 2019 — NFM Lending is proud to announce two of its loan originators, Jane Floyd and Jessica Uphoff, have been ranked on the Scotsman Guide’s Top Women Originators 2018 list.
For the first time, Scotsman Guide recognized the nation’s top producing women mortgage loan originators. Out of the thousands of submissions for the magazine’s annual Top Originators rankings, only 200 women made this list. The overall ranking was based on Total Dollar Volume for 2018.
Jane Floyd, out of Tampa, FL, ranked #39. She did over $89 million in loan volume and closed 330 loans.

Jessica Uphoff, out of Westminster, CO, ranked #62. She did over $76 million in loan volume and closed 232 loans.
