Pilat HR Solutions’ new “Surviving the Recovery” series of webinars will address some of the most challenging issues expected to arise in the impending recovery. In these three webinars, the company will challenge current thinking on critical HR practices and offer advice on how to prepare for the recovery.
In this first webinar of the series, Clinton Wingrove, executive vice president and principal consultant for Pilat HR Solutions, will address what organizations have typically done to get more for less and examine how these processes may lead to future problems during the recovery. The webinar will provide a critical exploration of four residual HR compensation practices, including market-rate pay banding, broad banding, incentive schemes and performance management.
