The workplace has truly become a diverse melting pot of people, but no matter a person’s heritage or experiences, there are certain commonalities that motivate people to higher productivity in the workplace. It is the responsibility of management and HR teams to determine what these motivating factors are for their specific group of employees and capitalize on them in order to run the most successful business possible.
Throughout July and August, NETtime Solutions has made it a top priority to find what business owners and managers do to spur motivation and if those acts are truly what employees determine to be motivational.
The company wants to hear from all members of the workplace, not only supervisors and their success stories for inspiring the workforce to new heights, but also from employees on what motivates them. This double-sided survey is a well rounded questionnaire tailored to absorb insight into what creates healthy employer/employee relationships and in what areas a motivating connection may fail to be made.
NETtime’s survey titled, “What Spurs Motivation in the Workplace” will run until the end of August. As a way of extending their genuine appreciation, all those that complete the survey on workplace motivation will be entered to win two AMC movie tickets. Information collected in the questionnaire will be made available in the form of charts and a written results recap, both to be posted at NETtimeSolutions.com and the company’s Facebook page.
