Feds Say Transgender Workers Are Protected Reports LA Employment Lawyer

I applaud the EEOC for standing up for the rights of transgender workers. At the end of the day everyone is human, regardless of his or her gender identity, and they should be treated as such. Nobody should face workplace discrimination due to his or her gender, regardless of whether it was determined at birth or not, explains Eric Grover, a California employment lawyer. “This ruling sets a national standard that clarifies this component of the hiring process.”
