California Employment Lawyer: Forever 21 Taking Advantage of Young Workers?

A class action lawsuit alleges the retail outlet routinely failed to pay employees for time worked, reports California employment lawyer Eric Grover.

Like many retail stores, teens and young adults comprise much of the workforce at Forever 21, who likely are unaware of their employment rights. It is easy for employers to take advantage of younger employees by failing to pay them when they work through their breaks and off the clock, says California employment lawyer Eric Grover. If the allegations that Forever 21 violated California’s labor laws prove true, they could face a significant payout to class members if the practice is widespread.
