“A West Virginia woman is suing 11 companies she says are responsible for her late husband’s death from mesothelioma, an incurable cancer linked to asbestos exposure. She claims the defendants knew, or should have known, of the dangers of asbestos exposure on the job site, but did nothing to warn others,” reported Mesothelioma lawyers Cooney and Conway.
