Florida legislators may decide to make emergency rooms safe haven for medical negligence.

Florida courts may become increasingly difficult to access for victims of medical malpractice/ mistakes, if new proposed legislation becomes the law of the land. Sovereign immunity is the legislation being fought over in the state house. and if enacted will be bad news for Florida consumers.
