Britney will be 27 tomorrow with a double bang. She will be on the cover of the glamour magazine looking fresh and fit as ever. This has been a good year for her with no public meltdown or controversies. She has been in top form and performing with zest. She is slated to perform live on “good morning America’ which will be aired on her birthday. An album release party at Meatpacking District hotspot Tenjune will follow this tomorrow at midnight. Along with this the Glamour magazine will hit the stands on Dec 9. The last three years have been traumatic for her with her divorce from Kevin Federline in 2006 and her unfortunate brushes with the paparazzi.
To top it all she lost her two sons in a custody battle and had a disastrous performance in the MTV video music awards.
However, she seems to have come out of it in this New Year. The back-on-top pop princess is in an upbeat mood. She says: “I would like to stop worrying so much … and to learn how to be happier, just in general.”
Her mood is apparent at her workplace too. Things seem to move smoothly.
Glamour editor in chief Cindi Leive said the photo shoot and interview went smoothly: “She arrived on time and there was zero drama,” Leive said.
