DENVER – Airport Van Rental (AVR) located just outside of Denver International Airport has selected McCauley Constructors to build its latest project in Denver, CO’s vibrant DIA airport mobility sector. The project consists of constructing a temporary operating site for AVR on an adjacent property during construction of the new state of the art Airport Van Rental office building along with its vehicle care and storage facility. The construction of the temporary office project will commence immediately and complete in January 2016. The project will also require the extension of East 81st Avenue, creating an additional $1 million in street improvements for the area. McCauley Constructors is providing construction manager at risk services for the new development and will begin demolition of the existing building in September 2015.
With extensive experience managing projects in active, sustainable environments, McCauley Constructors will work closely with AVR to carefully coordinate construction activities with its neighbors. In addition, the McCauley Constructors’ team will leverage the latest technologies and lean construction methods to efficiently deliver AVR’s expansion project.
