Richard M. Hartian, Branch Manager, has worked in the mortgage industry for over 22 years. In the past, Hartian originated over four hundred 203k loans, bought and sold over 250 properties, and owned his own mortgage company. Prior to starting in the mortgage business, Hartian owned a construction company. He states that his main focus is not on the money, but on doing what he does with excellence, and leading his team by example.
