Free Tarot Reading Locates Missing Teen Azora Hoffman

A computerized tarot reading successfully located Azora Carissa Hoffman who is listed as abducted by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

A free tarot reading at askthecards.info successfully located a teenager by the name of Azora Carissa Hoffman who was listed as abducted along with her brother Aadam Rashad Abdullah Hoffman by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

As it turns out, Azora and Aadam weren’t abducted by their father Richard Hoffman as the open case file at missingkids.com erroneously suggests. According to Azora she has spoken with her mother Jami Webber by phone numerous times since her so-called disappearance in 2008 and she is in fact in possession of a notarized letter written by Ms. Webber that gives Azora and Aadam permission to live with Mr. Hoffman.

In Azora’s own words: “I am listed as missing. But that doesn’t make it true. It doesn’t take a conviction in court to place someone on the list. It only takes a vindictive parent (in this case, my mom) to file a false police report and then they can spam out the internet with the help of missingkids.com.”

So how did the free tarot reading factor into this discovery? Every day the website askthecards.info dynamically creates a database of celtic cross tarot readings for all the children listed as missing at the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The intent of this, according to website owner Aaron Bradley, is to shine a light on unsolved missing persons cases.

“When I look at the number of missing persons in this country it makes me very depressed,” explains Bradley. “I don’t have a badge and even if I did there wouldn’t be much I can do to help solve these cases. I’m just a web programmer. I want to help in anyway possible. I have a tarot readings website so I figured I’d give psychics or anyone else an opportunity to draw cards for these unsolved cases and maybe start a discussion. While the odds of solving a crime with tarot cards on the internet seems impossible at the very least we are putting these children in our thoughts and prayers while getting the word out.”

The missing person tarot project was online for barely a week when fifteen-year-old Azora discovered her free tarot reading on the search engines and made contact with askthecards.info to try and explain the misunderstanding. “Missingkids.com KNOWS the truth, but they refuse to budge until the case is ‘officially’ closed,” says Azora.

“The FBI, US Attorney’s office, and all parties involved know that my mom gave my dad a letter of permission for us to move abroad. Heck, I’ll even post a copy as my picture.

My mother claims she is trying to talk to law enforcement to dismiss the case, but then again, I haven’t heard from her in over a month, and I try calling her everyday! In good faith, we gave her our address when we found out that she was trying to contact me and my brother. Instead of coming to visit or at least calling us on a routine basis, she called us a few times and is totally unreachable now. I need help to get my mother to snap out of her hate brigade against my father.”

Did the tarot cards have anything insightful to say about Azora’s predicament? According to Bradley, they did. “When I checked her reading after she contacted me I saw The Star as her final resolution. That is one of the best major arcana cards you can draw in a reading and my interpretation is that this young woman really has a bright future ahead of her. The Judgement card came up for her in the hopes/fears position so it is my opinion that she really wants to put this custodial dispute behind her, get it resolved, so she can move on with her life and pursue her dreams which appear to be attainable. The situation with her parents is definitely worrisome to her. I felt we owed it to her to publish this story, to get the word out, as that was what she requested from me when we chatted.”
