2012 was a landmark year for specialist IT recruitment consultancy Nicoll Curtin, which has seen the company rack up its best ever year for awards in the hugely competitive recruitment business.
Over the last 12 months, the company has won one major industry award, and earned several other accolades to testify to its growing international reputation.
Thirteen years after its founding, the company has enjoyed its most successful year to date, which was topped off by winning the Best IT Recruitment Agency accolade at the year’s biggest awards event for the recruitment sector, the Recruiter Awards for Excellence.
In addition, the company has also climbed into the top half of the Recruiter HOT 100, the list of the most influential and fastest-moving companies in the IT sector. Managing Director Lawrence Hargreaves said: “To make the HOT 100 shows just how well our consultants have performed this year, and how hard the rest of the team has worked to support them.”
At a time when the market for IT jobs in London has seen a great deal of volatility, Nicoll Curtin has continued to expand its international focus which has seen it make a big impact on the Zurich jobs market. It has also received recognition from the International Institute of Business Analysts, which voted the company into the final of its Supplier of the Year Award.
As a final endorsement of its working practices and conditions, Nicoll Curtin was placed in the prestigious Sunday Times list of the best companies to work for, an accolade which is sure to earn it a great deal of positive attention as the company looks to try to surpass these achievements in 2013.
