A new video released by Camfil Farr — the world’s leading provider of clean air solutions — demonstrates the time-saving features of FastFrame, an innovative system for installing commercial air filters. FastFrame, which works without traditional clips or fasteners, can reduce the time needed for air filter installation by at least 60 percent.

Designed to make installation not only fast, but easy, FastFrame is built around a 16-gauge all-welded galvanized steel holding frame for built-up bank HVAC systems. It holds a variety of ASHRAE-grade final filters and prefilters. These include Camfil Farr’s high-efficiency Durafil ES, Hi-Flo ES, or any other final filter with a nominal 1-inch size header, and prefilters such as Camfil Farr 30/30 or other 1-, 2- or 4-inch deep
prefilters.
As demonstrated in the video, filter installation becomes an intuitive, frustration-free event. Compression tabs create a snap-in-place seal for the final filter and a secure hold for the prefilter, while centering dimples assist in filter alignment. The result is installation time that is more than cut in half — and filters that are just as secure as those installed by more traditional, more time-consuming methods.
FastFrame is available in full-size (24” by 24”) and half-size (12” by 24”) versions, as well as in 20” by 24” and 20” by 20” sizes to meet the airflow sizing requirements of any application.
