The new service is provided separately from North American Telephone and Video for the residential and small office markets. zyCall provides customers with on-line ordering capabilities for both residential and home offices or small offices. zyCall provides support for both Cisco SCCP or SIP telephones and analog adapters allowing customers to bring devices they may already have. Customers may bring their own devices or purchase Grandstream ATA adapters and telephones on the website. Customers may provision their own devices or have zyCall provision them.
zyCall Services will be offered as a resale opportunity to all nexMatrix Telecom and North American Telephone and Video channel partners and value added resellers as part of the company’s recently launched go-to-market channel program and VAR programs which provides partners with the ability to resell a broad range of products and services.
