This is such a sad and startling study. It seems that our country has let down these brave men and women who risked their lives to fight for our freedom. We need to make it a priority to help these veterans find work and a place to live as the Iraq war is winding down, even though our county is in a tough economic state. We owe at least that to them, and we must not turn our back on our nation’s heroes.
