Bay Area Employment Attorney: Lawsuit says Bass Pro Won’t Hire Blacks, Latinos

Black and Hispanic job seekers accuse Bass Pro Shops of discriminatory hiring practices in an employment lawsuit, reports the Bay Area employment attorney.

10/18/2011 // San Francisco, CA, USA // Keller Grover LLP // Bay Area employment attorney Jeffrey Keller

If the lawsuit’s accusations prove to be true, then Bass Pro Shops is in direct violation of employment discrimination laws, which prohibit employers from discriminating against someone based on their age, race, religion or disability, explains Bay Area employment attorney, Jeffrey Keller. Black and Hispanic job seekers are just as able-bodied and qualified as white employees and should be given the same opportunity to work, regardless of what Bass Pro Shops’ “corporate profile” may be.
