While I believe Casey did kill her child, at the end of the day all of the evidence was circumstantial and didn’t directly link her to the murder. Many people think our justice system failed us today, but that isn’t true. You have to have evidence to convict someone, regardless of how guilty they look. Now we may never know the truth about what happened to little Caylee. Rest in Peace Caylee, and I hope justice is served for you one day.
