The Los Angeles Unified School District voted to eliminate chocolate and strawberry milk from schools as of July 1.

The childhood obesity issue and the government’s involvement into our lives has just got out of control. I can understand soda and other sugary drinks, but milk? Yes, flavored milk may have sugar in it, but it also has a lot of nutrients that kids need. The benefits and downfalls level each other out. Ban soda, not milk.
