July 28, 2010 — Michigan utility Detroit Edison announced it is accepting bids from potential wind turbine suppliers for wind energy projects.
The company issued a Request for Prequalification to purchase wind turbine generation equipment to be installed at one or more wind farms in Michigan by the end of 2014.
