New Operating System all set to reach the clouds

With the new operating system called “Cloud” web based applications can be easily accessed. “Cloud” which is introduced by Good OS is a sequel to the gOS based on Linux. This was introduced by Wal-Mart in its Everex desktops last fall. Poor response from customers forced Walmart to withdraw the Everex desktops from the shelves last fall.
While the gOS opened up to the desktop, the “Cloud” boots into the web browser. A chrome style browser page greets you as soon as it boots up. You are presented with a dock which contains application shortcuts to Calendar, Google Docs, YouTube, Blogger, etc.
The latest software product to follow Google’s Chrome which integrates effortlessly with applications that are web based. Cloud is an OS independent of various platforms including Windows. In other words it is its own operating system though the main operating system cannot be replaced with this.
According to claims from Good OS, users are given full control of their PCs making it easy for them to access web apps like Skype, animation based on run flash, boot up Media Player, Play MP3, etc. There is good news for Mac users too as Good says any operating system is compatible with Cloud.
According to tech circle critics, Cloud operating system could dominate computing in future. Code named Azure is the operating system that Microsoft is presently working on as a competition on reaching for the skies.
According to Good OS, more information on this will be provided at the Las Vegas Consumer Electronics Show next year.
